Meet the Owner: Jordan Strader

Jordan Strader has always had a passion for hands-on work and building with purpose. His entrepreneurial journey began at just 16 when he launched a successful lawn care business, which he ran for nearly a decade. Along the way, Jordan found himself drawn to construction and real estate—industries where he could combine practical skill with big-picture vision.

In 2009, Jordan transitioned fully into real estate and construction. By 2012, he was leading full-scale home rehabilitations, ultimately flipping over 500 homes and managing a wide range of remodeling and handyman projects. His sharp eye for property potential and drive for excellence quickly earned him recognition as the top-producing agent in his brokerage—and one of the leading agents in his city.

Today, while he still works in real estate, Jordan’s main focus is growing and leading Blue Tide Exteriors—a company founded on the belief that customers deserve more than just a quality build. They deserve a better experience from start to finish.

A family man at heart, Jordan has been married for over 20 years and is a proud father of two. He lives on a small hobby farm with 20 chickens and a cat, and when he’s not working, you’ll find him outdoors—fishing, hunting, or on the water. For Jordan, outdoor living isn’t just something he builds for others—it’s a way of life. Every day when he pulls into his driveway, he wants to see not just a well-built house, but a beautiful, functional outdoor space that makes him feel at home.

This venture thrived for nearly a decade, during which Jordan also ventured into the realms of construction and real estate. In 2009, he fully transitioned into the Real Estate and Construction sectors. By 2012, Jordan's expertise had grown to encompass full-scale home rehabilitations, successfully flipping over 500 homes. His real estate endeavors didn't go unnoticed as he rapidly ascended to become the leading agent in his brokerage and one of the foremost in the city. Today, while Jordan still engages in real estate, his primary focus is on managing his thriving construction business.
